Can I change my contacts once I've set them?

Yes – just login to your account and click Edit Contacts.

Should I share my PIN?

Never – your PIN number is personal to you and should never be shared.

Will all Family Account members use my login and PIN?

No – each member will use their own mobile number as their login and will have their own PIN. The Account holder will set these up when the account is created.

Why are calls limited to 5 minutes?

Whilst 0800 calls are free to the phone owner the phone networks still charge us for the calls. The 5 minute limit helps us keep subscription prices low.

What do you mean by Reasonable Use?

The service is designed for those emergency situations when your phone is lost or out of action. Whilst 0800 calls are free to the phone owner the phone networks still charge us for the calls. Don’t worry, we won’t cut you off but we may contact you to see if there's a better plan for your usage.

How many calls is Reasonable Use?

We typically find that even our most accident-prone customers use the service around 6 times a year. If your usage is higher than that we may contact you to see if there’s a better plan for your usage.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no minimum term contract. You can cancel anytime and your membership will end when your last payment runs out – end of the last month paid for monthly payers, end of the 12 months paid for annual payers.
