0800PHONEHOME provides a personalized subscription service that allows our members to access up to 5 Telephone Contacts ("The Contacts") from a telephone using the UK Telephone Network.
1.1. Your 0800PHONEHOME membership will continue until terminated. To use the 0800PHONEHOME service you must have a Current Membership with 0800PHONEHOME at the time of using the service. "Current Membership" means a membership account where the Member:
i. has paid the annual subscription fee and this fee has been received by 0800Phone Home
ii. the annual subscription fee has not been recovered by either the member or a payment provider (such as your Bank, Debit Card Provider or Credit Card Provider)
iii.The Membership Period for which the annual subscription fee has been paid has not expired
2. Billing and Cancellation
2.1. Billing Cycle. The membership fee for the 0800PHONEHOME service will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date indicated on Your Membership page. The length of your billing cycle will be 12 months from the date the Annual Subscription Fee is received by 0800PHONEHOME.
2.2. Payment Methods. To use the 0800PHONEHOME service you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated to your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
2.3. Updating your Payment Methods. You can update your Payment Methods by going to the Your Membership page. We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by the payment service providers. Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s).
2.4. Cancellation. You can cancel your 0800PHONEHOME membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the 0800PHONEHOME service through the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods. To cancel, go to the Your Membership page and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.
3. Reasonable Use
3.1. The cost of calls made using the service is covered by your subscription fee.
3.2. The service is intended to be used in emergency situations when the subscriber’s phone is unavailable for use.
3.3. If 0800PHONEHOME judges the use of the service to be excessive we will contact the subscriber to discuss an alternative subscription fee.
3.4. If 0800PHONEHOME judges the use of the service to be excessive and no agreement can be reached with the subscriber then we reserve the right to cancel or suspend use of the service.
3.5. The judgement of excessive use is solely at the discretion of 0800PHONEHOME.
4. 0800PHONEHOME Service
4.1. You must be at least 18 years of age to become a member of the 0800PHONEHOME service. Minors may only use the service as part of a Family Subscription purchased by a member over the age of 18 years of age.
5. Passwords and Account Access
The member who created the 0800PHONEHOME account and whose Payment Method is charged (the "Member") is responsible for any activity that occurs through their 0800PHONEHOME account.
When using the service Members will need to key in their own Phone Number and the Account PIN Number to be able to access the service.
Phone Numbers and PIN numbers can be updated on the Your Membership section of our website.
6.2. Unsolicited Materials. 0800PHONEHOME does not accept unsolicited materials or ideas for 0800PHONEHOME content, and is not responsible for the similarity of any of its service to materials or ideas transmitted to 0800PHONEHOME.
